In 2011 Mason United Methodist Church will have served in North Tacoma for 120 years.

Today it's ministry includes:
* Sunday Worship Services at 8:15 and 10:15
* Children's and Youth Christian Education Sundays at 10:15  with many additional programs and opportunities 
* Adult Christian Education occurs with announced classes throughout the year.   Special emphasis is given to Fall and a Spring series.  
* Opportunities for service in the Pierce County Paint Tacoma/Pierce County  Beautiful program, service to the homebound and ill and numerous  other projects that arise each year.
*Music is an integral part of the Church's ministry.  You are invited to join the Choir the rehearses on Tuesdays at 7pm and sings each Sunday through the school year.  You can also enjoy the Aeolian Skinner Pipe Organ  played by Jeff Orr.

Mason United Methodist Church is the home of:
* Old Town Cooperative Preschool
* Tacoma's Northwest Fish Food Bank
* A dozen Alcoholics Anonymous meetings (One every day of the week)
* The Tacoma Waldorf School 
* Northwest Repertory Singers (Rehearsals and Concerts)

Many community groups hold meetings and activities in the church including: * The Proctor Farmer's Market
* The Tacoma Junior Daffodil Parade
* Graduation exercises
* The Proctor Arts Fest Juried Art Show
* Memorial Services and Weddings

THE CHURCH OFFICE IS OPEN FROM 9am to 4pm MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY. COME AND VISIT ANY TIME
