Healing Elements is a massage therapy practice integrating bodywork and vital energy therapy in Tacoma's Proctor District. My mission is to encourage healing of body, mind, and spirit. People recovering from surgery or accidents, needing support during cancer treatment or other illnesses, seeking support during major life transitions or just wanting a sense of body-mind integration all benefit from sessions at Healing Elements. A variety of healing techniques are offered including traditional massage, injury recovery, reflexology and energy therapy. My training includes massage, healing touch, CranioSacral, aromatherapy and a variety of other healing modalities. I am also an instructor and offer practical tips for extending the healing session into everyday life. Young Living Essential Oils are used in sessions and I am happy to create a personal blend for home use. I accept PIP and L&I claims. Call for an appointment!
